Market and Car Boot Social Distancing

To all of our customers, new and old, just a few words on our new market and car boot social distancing.

We have missed you very much and it is amazing to be able to open our doors to you once again on the weekend of 6th/7th June for our market and car boots. Our priority is to help keep you safe while making sure you enjoy the same happy atmosphere and bargain-hunting that we all love.

There are a few new ways of doing things so please take some time to read through them before you come. We’re all in this together and can make a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone by thinking of each other. We’re there to help on the day but please just message us with any questions in the meantime.

We can’t wait to see you and have our happy place back!

Traders 🏚️
✅ You will be able to pay your site fee with contactless card payment. If you are able to do so, then please use this method. If not, then we would ask if you could bring the correct change.
✅ We will set stalls apart to ensure 2m distance between traders.
✅ If you are a trader able to offer contactless payment then please do so and encourage your customers to use it.
✅ Please have a reminder (sign and/or floor marker) to encourage customers to keep 2m distance from you/your workers while at your stall.

Buyers 💳
✅ We have allowed for a minimum of 4m between rows. Please think of others and keep a 2m distance between yourself and your fellow browsers/traders.

Everyone 😊
✅ Regular hand washing/sanitising is the most important thing you can do to help keep yourself and others safe. We will have hand sanitiser stations on-site at key points but please also try to bring your own. Try to sanitise your hands frequently throughout the day and after handling items/cash.
✅ Our staff will be wearing face masks. Please feel free to wear your own facemask also. These will be available to buy on the day.
✅ Please keep to 2m distancing when queuing anywhere on site.
✅ If you are feeling unwell with any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 then it goes without saying, please don’t come, get well and return to have fun with us another day.

Toilets 🚻 (A6 only)
✅ Our toilets will be open but we will be operating a “one in/one out” policy. Please wait until the person in front of you has finished and left the toilet.

Cafe ☕ (A6 only)
✅ Our cafe will be running as a takeaway only for the moment.
✅ Contactless payment is possible – please use this method if you are able to.
✅ Please respect the 2m distancing signage when queuing for food.
